We suggest not giving advice unless it is asked for..
 
Notice when someone is asking.  Give only what is asked for as not to interfere with free will.  Some will complain to you, however, if they are not asking for your thoughts, do not give them.  Free will is important.  Sometimes it is best to simply observe.
