Notice, while still, where the inflexibilities in your body are located.. 

Breathe deeply into these areas while keeping your focus on the center of the most resistant.  Usually, we suggest you do your best to release your restrictions.  Now we tell you to breathe into and focus on that resistance.  This is due to the fact that while you are focused on this resistance and especially if you practice this technique frequently, the resistance begins to loosen.  You are loosening and all the while you are breathing and focusing.  You are also present with your body and in the now.  You are not out there wandering all around caught up.  If you can come back to your breath, you are in the now.  Practice breathing today.  Practice being in the now.
